DESCRIPTION:Search Team Training\nHas your church begun searching for a new minister? Has a search team been formed? If so\, they will need to be trained. Training can happen in two ways:\n\nWith your liaison\nOnline with Laurie Stevenson\, Pastoral Relations Minister (if you have a liaison\, please invite your liaison to attend with you)\n\nTraining is mandatory for all search teams.\nThe online training is two hours and during this time we explore:\n\nThe search process\nWorking to understand and overcome the impact of bias\nThe various types of ministry personnel you will find on ChurchHub\nWhere to find resources for using ChurchHub\nAnd more.\n\nIf you are interested in taking the training online please register at Search Team Training – Formstack.\n\n\n\nThe dates for the fall are the second Monday of each month: \n\n\n\nFebruary 9\, 7-9pm\nMarch 9\, 7-9pm\nApril 6\, 7-9pm\nMay 11\, 7-9pm\nJune 8\, 7-9pm
